Perfect for a city trip, centrally located, good breakfast, very friendly attentive staff, everywhere, also in the bar. Good bed, perfect shower with every day filled articles

Nothing to complain about

The location, you get from the hotel everywhere in a short time the staff knows about everything and helps with little things!

We only made a day trip to Frankfurt with my daughter and loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very helpful and gave us great advice on how and where we can best spend our time. Since I rather use hotels for sleeping and I deal with the city and the sights I can not say much about other amenities of the hotel, but the night was great and especially the breakfast was awesome!

Everything perfect! Sensational breakfast! In addition to the usual food, Japanese and Arabian breakfast is offered.

The breakfast is excellent! Very large selection, regional and unusual products. Everything was prepared very lovingly. Really great!

In the transfer it probably was dropped out that we arrive with a child.

Great location, walking distance to attractions, shopping and the Main, friendly staff, spacious rooms,

Hard mattress, cleanliness (hair on the shower floor and toilet was not cleaned properly, brown spots on the right side of the toilet and dirt on toilet lid)

- I arrived at 10:00 am and then they charged me EU 45.00 to check in early "before 14:00" so because i have my children with me i had to pay! - Internet is so bad

NH Collection tem uma excelente localização a apenas um quarteirão de distância da rua principal de Frankfurt e perto de uma das principais estações de metro, bondes e ônibus da cidade. O hotel oferece excelentes acomodações, o pessoal é educado, enquanto o pequeno-almoço é variado a todos os gostos. Voltarei de bom grado da próxima vez que visitar a cidade.

O check-in foi um pouco lento - havia estagiários no trabalho - e envolveu muita papelada na minha mente, embora eu reconheça que isso pode ser exigido por lei.

Excelente estructura bien ubicada cerca del centro. Se puede llegar en cinco minutos a pie. Los alrededores son todos agradables y el vecindario es excelente para la frecuentación. Las habitaciones son agradables, con grandes ventanales que dan a una gran calle también transitada por líneas públicas, tanto en tranvía como en autobús. Amplio baño siempre bien servido con accesorios. Gran televisor de pared.

Colchón duro pero lo que más sientes es la total inconsistencia de los cojines.
